Domestic Shipping to US
We offer flat rate standard shipping of $6.99 to the US for orders all orders regardless of size, We also offer other USPS services but at an additional cost. Most packages ship in 1-5 days and in some rare circumstances up to 7 days. We ship via USPS and UPS, If standard shipping is selected your products will ship via USPS, service will depend on the size of your order shipping method will be determined at 808 Clothing Inc's sole discretion.
Please add 2 days to any quoted delivery date for domestic packages.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more not including shipping, shipping method will be at the sole discretion of 808 Clothing Maui. Specific shipping methods such as priority or express shipping is available at an additional charge.
When we ship
We ship during normal business days only Monday - Friday, Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally be shipped on the following business day.
Once items ship, we do not control when your package will be delivered, please contact the carrier for more information. We are unable to change delivery address or control when your package will be delivered. We are not responsible for any delays by carrier nor can we guarantee any specific day for delivery, contact the carrier for delivery information.
Address Changes / Incorrect address
Shipping address can only be changed if your order has not shipped. if your address is incorrect please contact us prior to shipping at (808) 357-1988 or email customerservice@808clothing.com. Once your order ships we am unable to change the delivery address and the policy below will apply.
Incorrect addressed submitted by customer for any reason will result in a returned package and will result in an additional $6.99 charge for reshipment. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing order. We can however refund your order but we will deduct any shipping cost 808 Clothing Inc. has incurred. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect address submitted on any order.
Canada Shipping
Effective 1/4/2021 we no longer offer shipping to Canada.
Please note there is no shipping guaranteed day of delivery or expedited delivery, your package ships from the island of Maui.
Please note there is no expedited delivery service from the island on packages shipped . Add 2 business days to any delivery quote to get an estimated delivery date. Once package is delivered to the carrier. we are no longer responsible for the shipment, no shipping cost refunds will be issued for delayed or late packages. Please contact your local post office for more information on your package.
